Our learning sessions give you a concentrated dose of actionable learning that you can apply to your business right away. We deliver value for your time and money by ensuring each day is:

Practical

Loads of books, conferences and websites can provide tools and insights, but you’ll have to work out for yourself how to apply them to your business. Our seminars use your real challenges as examples, teaching you practical techniques as well as the concepts behind them, so you can put them to use right away.

Participatory

We promise to spend as little time as possible talking at you, and as much as possible working with you. We’ve got the frameworks, exercises, tools and methods, but they don’t come to life until they are applied to your business and your challenges. Problem solving is the name of the game – be prepared to fully engage.

Intimate

Participation is strictly limited to a maximum of 18 participants per session. You’ll spend most of your time working in even smaller breakout groups, supporting each other as you learn. We believe that sharing challenges and solving them together leads to a better understanding of the tools as well as more robust answers.

Intense

Each seminar is a full day, in every sense of the word. Come prepared to turn off mobiles, set aside distractions, roll up your sleeves and get to work. We know that taking a whole day away from the office is a lot to ask – we’ll make it worthwhile by making sure you walk away with new tools and an understanding of how to use them.

How does it work?

The Superhuman Seminars are designed to work together or separately, with a minimum of overlap and repetition. That said, in order to get maximum benefit from the Monetisation and Measurement seminars, you’ll need to have a good handle on your product or service – what you’re making or doing, for whom, and why. If you’re just starting out, we recommend beginning with either the Product or the Systems Thinking seminars.

The structure, tools and methods have been honed through years of successful workshops with the likes of Skype, Microsoft, Nokia, Sanoma Entertainment, Bonnier, Daimler, Volksbank, Smart Design, Hyper Island, Nuwe, MEX, Kiddify, innoQ, Parrot Analytics, the BBC and many more.

The seminars are facilitated by our founder, Louisa Heinrich. She has been designing and facilitating workshops for over 15 years, and is an experienced teacher and trainer of digital strategy and product development. Guest speakers/facilitators may also be featured to bring deep insights into a certain area.
